Proposed identity for a linguistic conference held at UNSW.
I used complementary colours and varied opacities to express the concept of "Many layers of Meaning", appropiate to the conference's theme of "Language and Dialogue in the Workplace".
Geometric shapes kept the design professional and academic, while a typeface suggestive of illuminated texts alluded to the scholarly nature of linguistics.
